Well, my ship is “fully found” – A vessel completely equipped and manned for service.[1] Today was a settling into the ship day. The freezer is defrosted. (I haven’t seen a freezer that needed defrosting since I was a wee lass.) Dishes washed in dishwasher. And the laundry was washed a few times until I learned how to set it to dry. How did Gráinne navigate so many cultures, countries and technologies over decades?! And how did she clean up on long sea voyages?
I did get my banking connection resolved and am working on re-establishing my MailChimp account so I can send you all updates that you may have missed here.
And I am learning a lot more about waves.
I did stop downstairs to The Creel Restaurant for seafood chowder, a blend of haddock, salmon & smoked fish, fresh lemon & herbs, vegetables & cream. Served with toasted gluten free bread. It was heavenly!
